Protection laws: the Double edged weapons?

Paradoxical bend: Sometimes, men are falsely leveled sexual assault or dowry allegations for blackmail or revenge, say lawyers.

Rightly did Swami Vivekananda say “Just as a bird cannot fly with a one wing only, a Nation cannot march forward if the women are left behind.” For the last many years there has been increasing laws for women who protect them and provide them justice. But contrarily there are cases found in which the table turns and these protection laws weighed heavy on both the parties.

Yes, the laws for women are made for protection and the women are being protected by these laws but the question arises are these women honestly using these protection laws?

Unfortunately the answer is no, there are many cases which are being found in which men are falsely being alleged for the crimes which have not been carried by them. They are being treated as culprits because women make them seen so.

There are many such cases in which the latter turn out to be innocent after the leveled cases by the women comes out to be false with the honest investigations. These cases come because of the favor, revenge, and some times in the context of the ambitions. Women disrespectfully leveled such cases on men through which they cannot even run and at last the man and his kin has to suffer which leads to loss of their image in the society and sometimes the loss of life also.

These laws: acts as a double edged weapon which are made for protection but can harm the innocent latter too if misused.

Even earlier the man was being sent to the prison just by a FIR without any further investigations. A case of dowry and domestic violence could let the whole family behind the bars.

Is this fair? Is this the protection law?

The laws are not wrong the uses are, the people are not wrong the mentality is, you are not wrong your intentions are.

Try to reach to the solutions which should be taken to complete your desires not the wrong pathways.
